East metro
Aurora is on the route now
Our first recurring Aurora clients are out around Southlands and the neighborhoods off Dorado and Idaho Place, and the drive from Lakewood is a straight shot down 225. Aurora homes get maintenance visits from $85, and a fixed day each week or every other week.
Aurora has a lot of newer, open-plan homes with big south and west windows and forced-air heat. Great light, dry air. Plants that are sold as "bright indirect" scorch in those windows in summer and dry out fast in winter, so the first visit is about matching each plant to its spot and setting a watering number for it, not a day of the week.

- Visits from $85, rate confirmed before the first visit
- Same technician every visit, written care recap after each one
