We confirm your number before the first visit and it does not change. A written care recap after every visit is included.
These are current starting prices for standard work in the Denver metro, and they are what
most jobs land on. Anything unusual gets quoted after a walkthrough rather than guessed
at over the phone. Sales tax applies to plants, pottery, and materials. Labor is
never taxed.
In detail
What each service includes
Design & installation
Plant design and installation
For a single statement plant or a whole floor. We read the light, propose a palette, and
handle sourcing, delivery, potting, and placement. You approve the plan and the price
before anything is ordered.
Statement anchors: Kentia palm, fiddle leaf fig, euphorbia, Song of India
Containers matched within each sightline, not mixed at random
Recurring
Maintenance plans
Weekly, every other week, or monthly, at a fixed day and time that does not drift. Every
visit covers moisture, pH, and dissolved salt readings on each plant, watering to each
plant's target number, pruning, pest checks, rotation, dusting, and seasonal feeding.
You get a written recap after each one.
Month to month, no contract. Most homes land on every other week; restaurants and salons
usually need weekly.
While you are away
Plant sitting
For travel, renovations, and long stretches away. We water to the number each plant
needs, check for pests, and send you a note so you are not wondering. Short notice is
usually workable, so call even if it is late.
Root work
Repotting and upsizing
Root-bound plants moved into the correct next size, in a soil mix suited to the plant
rather than whatever was in the bag. Labor is priced by the new pot size. Pottery and
soil are separate lines, and we will show you the options in your budget before ordering.
Repotting done during a scheduled maintenance visit skips the standalone trip charge.
Thrips, mealybug, spider mites, scale, fungus gnats, root rot, and the mystery brown
edge. We identify what is happening, treat it with something safe for an occupied home
or a working restaurant, and set up monitoring so it does not come back unnoticed.
We will also tell you when a plant is not worth saving. That conversation is free.
Patio pots, balcony planters, window boxes and raised beds, planted for the Front Range
season. Spring and summer color, herbs and edibles, then a fall swap to cold-hardy
material and evergreens for winter.
We use your existing containers or source new ones, refresh the soil each spring, and
can water and deadhead between plantings. Refresh labor is $75 an hour plus plants and soil.
Commercial
Restaurants, salons, showrooms, hotels, offices
Commercial work starts with a walkthrough and a concept board, so you can see the plant
palette, container palette, and zone plan before committing to anything. Then an
itemized proposal, then install, then a visit schedule that fits how the space is used.
Guest-facing spaces get scheduled around service hours.
If you are not sure which one you need
Describe the space and we will tell you what it would take and what it would cost. The call is free and there is no pitch at the end of it.
